More and more astonished - November 7, 2022

Bonjour tous ! This week was so good ! I'm not sure if I've written about this yet or not, but Sister Rice has a keyboard so we've had so much fun playing together. I've missed the piano so much! The highlight of this week was our lesson with Sabrina. She is literally so cool! Turns out she went to our church lots when she was young and a few times after she moved here to Canada. I felt the spirit so strong in our lesson and I'm so excited to see how she progresses as she continues to let God prevail. We tried some creative finding methods this week, our book of mormon experiment didn't go as planned lol, but we ran into a giant group of people from Toronto here for a dodgeball tournament so that was fun! We also have not had snow or a day below 4° so that's crazy. The scripture I felt like I should share this week is 3 Nephi 2:1. It talkes about how the people of Nephi start to forget the signs and wonders they had seen and as a result they were less astonished at the signs from heaven. I liked this because I feel like it is a big theme in the book of mormon, we had to constantly acknowledge God to keep changing and becoming better. I never want to loose my wonder for the signs and wonders God has given me, I want to live more and more astonished instead of less and less astonished by the daily miracles! Alsooo for all of my missionary friends, here's some bomb scriptures I loved this week about the cause of Christ. Allô à tous !! This week was wild. I had to say goodbye to sœur Rice:( and I got my new companion Sœur Tate ! She is new in the mission and I have already learned so much from her. I'm just feeling so grateful for this privilege I have to serve the Lord and come closer to Him. I am so excited for this Christmas season and the opportunity we have to focus more on Jesus Christ. I loved the Christmas devotional last night. Sister Cordon talked about how when we understand the significance behind the gift, it becomes priceless. The gift of our Saviors birth is the most priceless gift we have ever received. This Christmas I'm going to try to better understand the significance of Christ's mission and strengthen my relationship with Him. I love this quote by O. Mission Tour - Monday October 18, 2021

Bonjour mes amis!! This week was so crazy good. I loved it so much! We had a mission tour with Elder and Sister Johnson so every morning we were able to meet with the whole mission on zoom! It was so fun and the spirit taught me so much! It was so edifying. I wanted to share this scripture verse I loved from this week, Elder Johnson called it the formula for learning and personal revelation. Mosiah 2:9 "... hearken unto me, and open your ears that ye may hear, and your hearts that ye may understand, and your minds that the mysteries of God may be unfolded to your view." I know that God wants to speak to us. There may be things that He has been wanting to tell you! This week I'm going to look for those things and I hope you do too! Allô ! I am soaking up second I have left gere in Québec, I'm going to miss it so much. Even though we didn't have many appointments this week because people are so busy with the holidays, we had some really awesome experiences. One of my very favorite things in the world is watching the change that happens in people when they honestly seek Christ and are seeking to recognize the spirit. Our friend Olga described it perfectly when she was telling us about the big peace that she had in her heart and the happiness that she felt all week long. These past 2 transfers as a mission we've been studying the 5 gospels - Matt, Mark, Luke, Jean, and 3 Nephi. I have learned so much about my savior Jesus Christ, I could write à book about it. One thing that really stood out to me is Christ's capacity to heal. No matter where He was, He healed all who came unto Him with faith.
