Happy Week + Snow - November 14, 2022

Allô tout le monde ! Don't have a lot of time today so this week we are going to do it happys and sads style Happys:) - there was a christmas parade is our neighbourhood ! It was so cute and got me sooo excited for the happiest time of the year - we had district conférence this weekend and the heavens were opened. Sister Rice gave an amazing talks and it was so good to hear testimonies from so many people I look up to - I was playing prelude for the session for new members and friends and Sister Harkness came and played a duet with me. It was so sweet, reminded me of playing with my grandma and cousins - we met another amazing friend on the street, she was so excited to stop and talk about Jesus - we got to discover the city a little more - it started snowing for the first time today ! Feels like Christmas is coming - this week we had some hilarious Facebook messages while finding so we had a few laughs attacks. Gotta love tech work Sads:( - our friend Sabrina showed up for church after it finished and she was so sad about it - some canceled lessons - we missed the moment of silence on remembrance day - not many sads, it was a good week I don't have time to write the lyrics out but if you have time this week go read the words to "Touch Thou My Eyes". The song is so pretty and the words are even better. Allô à tous !! This week was wild. I had to say goodbye to sœur Rice:( and I got my new companion Sœur Tate ! She is new in the mission and I have already learned so much from her. I'm just feeling so grateful for this privilege I have to serve the Lord and come closer to Him. I am so excited for this Christmas season and the opportunity we have to focus more on Jesus Christ. I loved the Christmas devotional last night. Sister Cordon talked about how when we understand the significance behind the gift, it becomes priceless. The gift of our Saviors birth is the most priceless gift we have ever received. This Christmas I'm going to try to better understand the significance of Christ's mission and strengthen my relationship with Him. I love this quote by O. Mission Tour - Monday October 18, 2021

Bonjour mes amis!! This week was so crazy good. I loved it so much! We had a mission tour with Elder and Sister Johnson so every morning we were able to meet with the whole mission on zoom! It was so fun and the spirit taught me so much! It was so edifying. I wanted to share this scripture verse I loved from this week, Elder Johnson called it the formula for learning and personal revelation. Mosiah 2:9 "... hearken unto me, and open your ears that ye may hear, and your hearts that ye may understand, and your minds that the mysteries of God may be unfolded to your view." I know that God wants to speak to us. There may be things that He has been wanting to tell you! This week I'm going to look for those things and I hope you do too! Allô ! I am soaking up second I have left gere in Québec, I'm going to miss it so much. Even though we didn't have many appointments this week because people are so busy with the holidays, we had some really awesome experiences. One of my very favorite things in the world is watching the change that happens in people when they honestly seek Christ and are seeking to recognize the spirit. Our friend Olga described it perfectly when she was telling us about the big peace that she had in her heart and the happiness that she felt all week long. These past 2 transfers as a mission we've been studying the 5 gospels - Matt, Mark, Luke, Jean, and 3 Nephi. I have learned so much about my savior Jesus Christ, I could write à book about it. One thing that really stood out to me is Christ's capacity to heal. No matter where He was, He healed all who came unto Him with faith.
