And then there were 3 - June 20, 2022

Bonjour mes amis! This week was so so good! We saw so many miracles. We are in a trio now so that is a blast. It's so fun because you always have a friend with you! Here are some experiences from this week. - LUZ. Ok so Luz. We were street contacting one morning and talked with this man, he wasn't interested but he said that if we knocked on his friends door she would let us in! So we knocked, and she opened the door she greeted us with "my sisters!" and then started singing some song about Jesus. She's so cute. Within a few minutes we were in her car, I was holding à gigantic briefcase and bottles of homemade juice. Meanwhile Sœur Gebhardt was cradling a baby chihuahua with a dislocated leg and we were on our way to the vet. It was wild, but such a miracle that we were able to be there at the right moment to help her. Turns out her family are members of the church, and she lost her Book of Mormon coming to Canada. I am so excited to keep meeting with her! - We talked with a guy named Luis this week, he was an ex témoin jéhovah and didn't seem interested at first. But we explained to him that everyone has the choice to accept if this message is true for themselves or not. The spirit touched him, and he called us back later that night to set up a time to learn more! It was amazing! - we had a picnic with our relief society women and it was so much fun. These women are seriously my favorite, the are so loving and kind. We got to learn a lot more about them and the things they have gone through in their lives, it was so good! Here is one of my favorite quotes from my studies this week. I've been studying about the atonement and the enabling power that is available to me through my covenants. Sharon Eubank said, "When you cant give more, when you've gone beyond your ability to give, then sit still. Call on the Holy Ghost and angels to come to you. Be still and get full." I LOVE THIS. He can fill us and enable us. This is something I have felt so many times as a missionary, his power is sustaining. I am so grateful for that heavenly help that is always available to me. Allô à tous !! This week was wild. I had to say goodbye to sœur Rice:( and I got my new companion Sœur Tate ! She is new in the mission and I have already learned so much from her. I'm just feeling so grateful for this privilege I have to serve the Lord and come closer to Him. I am so excited for this Christmas season and the opportunity we have to focus more on Jesus Christ. I loved the Christmas devotional last night. Sister Cordon talked about how when we understand the significance behind the gift, it becomes priceless. The gift of our Saviors birth is the most priceless gift we have ever received. Mission Tour - Monday October 18, 2021

Bonjour mes amis!! This week was so crazy good. I loved it so much! We had a mission tour with Elder and Sister Johnson so every morning we were able to meet with the whole mission on zoom! It was so fun and the spirit taught me so much! It was so edifying. I wanted to share this scripture verse I loved from this week, Elder Johnson called it the formula for learning and personal revelation. Mosiah 2:9 "... hearken unto me, and open your ears that ye may hear, and your hearts that ye may understand, and your minds that the mysteries of God may be unfolded to your view." I know that God wants to speak to us. There may be things that He has been wanting to tell you! This week I'm going to look for those things and I hope you do too! Allô ! I am soaking up second I have left gere in Québec, I'm going to miss it so much. Even though we didn't have many appointments this week because people are so busy with the holidays, we had some really awesome experiences. One of my very favorite things in the world is watching the change that happens in people when they honestly seek Christ and are seeking to recognize the spirit. Our friend Olga described it perfectly when she was telling us about the big peace that she had in her heart and the happiness that she felt all week long. These past 2 transfers as a mission we've been studying the 5 gospels - Matt, Mark, Luke, Jean, and 3 Nephi. I have learned so much about my savior Jesus Christ, I could write à book about it. One thing that really stood out to me is Christ's capacity to heal. No matter where He was, He healed all who came unto Him with faith.
