Holy Ground - February 7, 2022

Bonjour tout le monde! We have had such a busy week! We filled 2 apartments, organized the storage closets, taught so many lessons to our friends, and finally met with some people IN PERSON. It was such a good week. I had some experiences this week that I am going to remember for the rest of my life. I could never describe adequately how apparent the spirit has been in leading this work, it is truly incredible. This week I was just overcome for gratitude for this gospel, and for the amazing opportunity I have to share it with others. One night I was thinking about all of our friends and the miracles we experienced and I just started to cry. I love these people so much! They have all had such a big impact on my life. We received transfer news and sister chatterly and I will be splitting up, so we were just reflecting a lot about our time together here in Montreal. I just had the strongest impression that I am on holy ground. Hochelaga is such a special place. How blessed I am to be serving here and witnessing God's love changing people. I have felt SO MUCH JOY serving as a missionary, I love this work with all of my heart! 2 Nephi 15:19 《That say: Let him make speed, hasten his work, that we may see it; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it.》 I love this scripture. This is what I pray for as a missionary. God is making speed and hastening his work. I was blessed to see it and know it this week! I am praying that you will all have an amazing week and that you will feel God's love for you! Bye-le! - sœur hardy - pics - smores on the stove (fun fact: bonfires are illegal in Montreal) - our home away from home, the chez berri elevator - flamant crêpes! SO YUMMY - me trying to clean up all the gross water I spilt from the shampooing machine - going to our first in person lesson of the transfer!
