One Week Left in the Hardy MTC - August 14 2021

Bonjour mes amis!! Welcome back to another update from Soeur Hardy. I hope you all had a happy week! These weeks just keep getting faster. I have one week left in the mtc and then I fly out. It went by so fast, I can't even believe it. I am so grateful for everything I have learned and felt through this experience. It has been very busy, but I wouldn't want it any other way! My testimony of this gospel has been strengthened so much and I have gained an even deeper love for my Saviour and for all my brothers and sisters here on this earth. This week was the best week yet. For real, we got the best news. My companions' reassignment got cancelled!! SO SHE IS COMING TO MONTREAL! I cried the happiest tears when I found out. She would've been amazing in Texas, but I'm so glad she's coming to Montreal. She has seriously been one of the biggest blessings of my mtc experience. I am so stoked to meet her in real life! It's going to be the best reunion. God is so aware of our situations. Somehow, everything we study in class always seems to be exactly what I needed. I have seen and felt so many miracles this past week. My comp and I had such a cool experience with someone we are teaching. For one of our lessons this week, we decided to translate a poem we both love. It's the footprints in the sand poem, I'm going to attach it to this email because everyone needs to read it! We looked to find a french version but couldn't, so we had to translate it. It took us forever, but I am so grateful we did. It is such a powerful poem. I loved sharing it with her, because I don't think she had ever heard it before.The spirit was so strong. I know that Jesus Christ is always there for us, and He will carry us through our most difficult times. It was such a special experience for me, I don't want to forget it. God is so aware of all of us, it's incredible. That's it for this week! Allô à tous !! This week was wild. I had to say goodbye to sœur Rice:( and I got my new companion Sœur Tate ! She is new in the mission and I have already learned so much from her. I'm just feeling so grateful for this privilege I have to serve the Lord and come closer to Him. I am so excited for this Christmas season and the opportunity we have to focus more on Jesus Christ. I loved the Christmas devotional last night. Sister Cordon talked about how when we understand the significance behind the gift, it becomes priceless. The gift of our Saviors birth is the most priceless gift we have ever received. Mission Tour - Monday October 18, 2021

Bonjour mes amis!! This week was so crazy good. I loved it so much! We had a mission tour with Elder and Sister Johnson so every morning we were able to meet with the whole mission on zoom! It was so fun and the spirit taught me so much! It was so edifying. I wanted to share this scripture verse I loved from this week, Elder Johnson called it the formula for learning and personal revelation. Mosiah 2:9 "... hearken unto me, and open your ears that ye may hear, and your hearts that ye may understand, and your minds that the mysteries of God may be unfolded to your view." I know that God wants to speak to us. There may be things that He has been wanting to tell you! This week I'm going to look for those things and I hope you do too! Allô ! I am soaking up second I have left gere in Québec, I'm going to miss it so much. Even though we didn't have many appointments this week because people are so busy with the holidays, we had some really awesome experiences. One of my very favorite things in the world is watching the change that happens in people when they honestly seek Christ and are seeking to recognize the spirit. Our friend Olga described it perfectly when she was telling us about the big peace that she had in her heart and the happiness that she felt all week long. These past 2 transfers as a mission we've been studying the 5 gospels - Matt, Mark, Luke, Jean, and 3 Nephi. I have learned so much about my savior Jesus Christ, I could write à book about it. One thing that really stood out to me is Christ's capacity to heal. No matter where He was, He healed all who came unto Him with faith.
